Common questions

The card says "Today's song studio is full". Making music uses a daily allowance shared by everyone. Your song and lyrics are saved; ask for the preview or the full song again tomorrow.

The player doesn't play in the chat. Some chat apps block audio inside cards. Open your song page (the "Song page" button, or ask "show my Hookletter song") and play it there.

The name is pronounced wrong. Spell it the way it sounds in the lyrics (for example "Ayshe" in an English song) and ask to make that part again.

It sounds like the wrong singer or style. Say what to change: "make it a male voice", "add darbuka", "slower". Hookletter makes a new version and keeps the old one.

Can I make it sound like a famous singer? No. Describe the sound instead (genre, decade, instruments, voice), and Hookletter makes something original in that spirit.

How do I put my song on Spotify? Open your song page and download the release kit. It has the WAV, a 3000 px cover, the metadata and AI credits, and step-by-step instructions for a distributor.

How do I delete a song? Say "Delete my Hookletter song" in the chat. It deletes the lyrics, every version, the audio and every link at once.
